Work Experience

• Interned in the Summer Internship Programme 2012 in the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi (May-June 2012).
• Interned under Airworth Travel and Tours Private Limited in Sales and Marketing Department from 12-May-2014 to 28-June-2014.
• Worked with Zentih Hospitality as a trainee and sales executive from March to October, 2015.
• Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism, ICFAI University Mizoram from August 2016 to September 2020.

Research Paper Published

• Published a paper entitled “Status of Women in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Urban Aizawl” in the Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research, Volume 7 Issue 8, August 2020.
• Published a paper entitled “An Analysis of Tourism Sector in Mizoram” in the Journal of Mizo Studies, Volume X Issue 3, July – September, 2021.

• Resource Person on ‘Capacity Building Programme of Rural Homestay Scheme in Champhai District under NEDP 2016 – 2017’ organized by the Tourism Department, Government of Mizoram at Tourist Lodge Champhai during 20^th – 24^th November, 2017.
• Presented a paper entitled ‘An analysis of the Tourism Sector in Mizoram with reference to Tourist Traffic and Revenue’ in National Seminar on “Development of North East India: Problems, Prospects & Challenges” organized by the Centre of Human Resource Development Centre, Mizoram University on 16^th July, 2018.
